Bowling Alley Properties Lease/Redevelopment RFP

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (RFP)

Purpose of the RFP: To solicit proposals from private, nonprofit, or public organizations interested in leasing, leasing-to-own, or purchasing for the development or redevelopment of the Bowling Alley properties located on the Kittitas Valley Event Center (KVEC) grounds adjacent to Central Washington University (CWU). The resulting development and operation of a business on the Bowling Alley properties must provide for a Festival Hall or meeting and party room function on the property during the annual Kittitas County Fair and Ellensburg Rodeo event and for occasional off-season events during the year. Kittitas County will evaluate and select the most beneficial proposal to implement the KVEC Master Plan for the property.

Submittal deadline: April 30, 2021 at 4:00pm

The property will be available for a tour on April 19, 2021 at 1:00pm.
